Not alone
Always there

If you are reading this while feeling invisible, I want you to pause for a moment. You do not have to solve your whole life tonight. You do not have to know exactly where you are going. You do not have to pretend that everything is fine just because everyone else seems to be moving forward. Take one breath. Then another. You are still here, and that matters.
Sometimes loneliness lies to us. It tells us that nobody would notice if we became quiet, that nobody would understand, that everyone else has their life together while ours is falling apart. But feelings can be convincing without being true. There may be people who care more than you realize. There may be someone who would be grateful to hear from you. And if the weight feels too large to carry alone, please let someone trustworthy know what you are going through. You were never designed to carry every burden silently.
Your life is not defined by your hardest season. You are still becoming. There are conversations you have not had, friendships you have not made, dreams you have not reached, places you have not seen, and mornings that have not yet arrived. So do not decide the ending from the middle of the story. Keep going gently. Ask for help when you need it. Rest when you are tired. And remember: you do not have to be strong every second to be a strong person.
